Ahora hay que buscar el desempate. Me tomaré la libertad de dejar la encuesta abierta indefinidamente, hasta que haya los suficientes votos y se hayan obtenido ocho canciones con suficiente ventaja para ser incluídas en las 100 mejores de Prince para el Poblado. primero enhorabuena por tu encuesta  .
Al ser pocas explico porque las elijo aunque claro es una explicación relativa ya que sólo había un puñado por elegir.
Mis votos son:
- Come (Come): Un buen tema en un disco menor e irregular pero con alguna joya que otra oculta en el misno.
- Crystal ball (Crystal ball): Un tema en el que Prince sigue sonando experimental (¡y han pasado 20 años!)
- Insatiable (Diamonds and pearls): Prince no suele fallar cuando hace una balada, no es nada innovadora pero sí perfectamente ejecutada.
- Le grind (Black album): Quizás el disco no sea el favorito del Poblado pero sirva este voto como defensa de su calidad.
- Play in the sunshine (Sign "O" the times): Parte de SOTT y con eso está todo dicho.
- Sexy dancer (Prince): Todo lo que sería Prince está en este tema, sencillo pero muy efectivo.   
- The ballad of Dorothy Parker (Sign "O" the times): Parte de SOTT y , de paso, precioso homenaje a Sly & The Family Stone. 
- The most beautiful girl en the world (The beautiful experience): Compuesta en 1 día ante el desagravio de un directivo de WB. Ya podían haberle "picado" más a menudo.

Parece que "She´s always in my hair" va a tener el privilegio de ser la única canción de Prince que aparece dos veces en la lista de los 100 (de hecho ese fue mi único motivo para no votarla esta vez) ya que habiendo tantas y tantas canciones buenas de Prince, era una pena repetir. Bueno, me alegro por ella  pero mi favorota para estar dos veces sería "Forever in my life" y Forever in my life" (live).

¡Qué tiempos aquellos! Te comprabas un single, le dabas la vuelta y (a veces) había una joya que no estaba en el LP. Desde luego, me estoy haciendo viejo  .
