Como otros muchos músicos de éxito que en su día decidieron probar suerte en el séptimo arte, creyéndose que podrían obtener en la pantalla grande el reconocimiento del que gozaban en el ámbito musical, Prince sucumbió ante su ego y decidió emprender una carrera cinematográfica bastante desafortunada que dio para tres "películas".

Y como ya se ha comentado en este foro -ver "UNDER THE CHERRY MOON (El color del cristal...)"; DMSR- la mayoría coincidimos en que la "trilogía" principesca deja bastante que desear y, salvo "Purple Rain", que se salva por su extraordinaria banda sonora y el ritmo que le da el haber sido rodada al son de su música, lo cierto es que -por lo menos a mí así me lo parece- "Under the Cherry Moon" y "Graffiti Bridge" -especialmente esta última- son dos películas cuanto menos irrisorias.

Pues bien, ahora que nos encontramos en la antesala de los Oscars, donde se premian las mejores películas del año, he querido indagar en la historia de unos galardones que se entregan a la par que éstos (aunque nadie vaya a recogerlos) pero premian todo lo contrario: los Razzie Awards. Y como no podía ser de otra manera -y más teniendo en cuenta la manía que les tienen a los músicos/actores en estos premios-, rebuscando entre el historial de galardonados a lo largo de sus 25 ediciones, LE encontré.

Muy buena la data... a excepción de los temas -Sex shooter y Love & money- son en verdad bastante justos... que mal q lo hayan nominado a peor actor del siglo!!!... y aparte con Shatner y Sly que son otros 2 que me gustan...

jajaja me he reido con estos premios, algunos ciertamente estoy de acuerdo total ... como que el pato howard era una película pésima, pero leer que FORD FAIRLANE se llevó algún premio de estos... esa peli debería ser un clásico en toda casa!!! XDDD está claro que como en todo, cada tribunal tiene un criterio diferente, y para gustos, colores.
