1981 – En el Reino Unido sale a la venta el single "Do It All Night / Head". Tercer single de su tercer álbum "Dirty Mind", únicamente se comercializó en el Reino Unido. Fue lanzado 5 meses posteriores al álbum. Su cara "B", Head, fue sacado igualmente del Dirty Mind.



1983 – Se cancela el concierto programado a celebrarse en el Baltimore Civic Center de Baltimore, MD. Reprogramado para el 5 de Marzo de 1983. Anunciando en último momento un Show en Salisbury, MD.

Black Sweat era el segundo single en ser publicado de su trigesimo primer álbum "3121". El single estuvo disponible para ser descargado el 21 de Febrero de 2006. Cada descarga estaba premiada con la participación en el concurso "Purple Ticket", en el que se sorteaban dos entradas para ver a Prince en directo en el 3121 de Los Angeles, CA.



2008 – Actuación de Prince (como artista invitado) en el Knitting Factory de Hollywood, CA (En el show de los Blind Boys Of Alabama).
En el tema "Soldier in the army of the Lord", Prince les acompañó con su guitarra.
